| Placing an Order
Placing
an order could not be easier. Just browse our
store and click Add Cart to put items into your Shopping Basket. After you
have finished ordering click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a
few details that we need to complete your order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Electron, Switch, Maestro and
Paypal. We use 128-bit SSL encryption to keep your Credit
Card
details as safe as possible.
International Buyers
We deliver
our range of products worldwide! We have thousands of customers in the USA,
Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Mainland Europe. If you are shopping from outside of the United
Kingdom, then your credit card company (or Paypal) will
convert the total transaction from Pounds Sterling (£) into your own currency.
We publish a rough indication of the current price for each product in US dollars based on the dollar
exchange rate at www.xe.com.
You won't pay much more than our rough price, and you may even end up paying
less.
Shipping And Handling
We offer fast and reliable UK,
European and International shipping. Every
step will be taken to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition.
All delivery prices include packaging costs, handling, actual postage cost
and postal insurance to protect you in the event of postal loss or damaged in
transit. Our delivery prices are excellent value and there are some great shipping
reductions when you order more than one product from us. Please contact us for a
quotation if you would like to know the full cost before
ordering.
Delivery Times
We will normally send your order out within 1-2 working
days if you order before 2PM. As a general rule delivery times are as
follows:
UK - Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery. Europe -
Please allow 4-6 working days for delivery. Rest of the World - Please allow
7-10 working days for delivery.
If you need a product more quickly then please e-mail
us with a list of the product(s) you want and when you want to receive them
and we will endeavour
to make this possible.
Back Orders
If
your item is not in stock then we will order it in for you. We have developed great
relationships with our suppliers and they can usually get us any product within
24 to 48 hours, so you won't be waiting long. If there is going to be a delay
then we will inform you by e-mail.
Returns Policy
You are entitled to return a hardware product within 7-days of receiving
the goods providing you can send it back in the condition it was received including
all of the original packaging and contents. However, due to the nature of sample
libraries and music software we are unable to accept returns where these products
have been removed from the original sealed packaging as we are unable to re-sell
these products due to the manufacturer's licensing constraints. This is why
we put MP3 demos (and occasionally free samples) on our product pages. We provide
you with all of the information possible so you can make
an informed decision before purchasing a product. We can only
accept returns where a product is deemed to be faulty or damaged in transit or
if the product is still sealed. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or
refunded. You must advise us of all faults within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Please contact us for a returns reference before sending any item back to
us. Your rights to return goods is also protected under the EU
Distance Selling Directive which can be found at

Change of Mind Guarantee
We offer a 7-day change of mind guarantee where a product has not
been removed from the original packaging. We offer this to protect you in the
event that you order something in error. If this happens then we will gladly
replace it or refund you providing the product arrives back here in perfect
condition. In the event of a refund we will refund the item cost excluding the
delivery charge.
Guarantee
Everything you buy from us includes a one-year
manufacturer's guarantee (warranty). Therefore, we will always send you a
replacement if a product is genuinely faulty providing you contact us within
7-days of receiving the goods. If the product is electrical and develops a fault
within one-year of purchase, then please contact us for a returns reference
number. The cost of returning the item will be refunded upon our agreement that
the good are faulty. We will happily send it back to the manufacturer for repair providing
the product has not endured excessive abuse that could have caused the
malfunction.
Credit Card Security: Is
it safe to enter my card details?
We
have never had a customer report use of a fraudulent credit card or debit card at
Inspiration Sounds. The security of our site is extremely important to us. If we got
it wrong, we'd lose our reputation, our customers and our business. So rest
assured that we do everything possible to ensure your shopping experience is a
safe and enjoyable one. Metacharge (the company we use to process credit cards)
provide us with their excellent fraudguard system that allows us to identify
