How to Buy?

Placing an order could not be easier. Just browse our store and add the products you want to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.

Payment

We accept Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal for all buyers worldwide. If you are buying from outside of the United Kingdom, then please be aware that your Credit Card company (or Paypal) will convert the total transaction amount from Pounds Sterling into your own currency. You can get a rough idea of the current exchange rate by visiting www.xe.com or alternatively, you can call your Credit Card company and they will verify how much it will cost exactly.

Delivery

We offer extremely fast and reliable worldwide shipping. All products are sent out in secure packaging and include postal insurance to protect you. We normally send orders out within 1-2 working days if you order before 2PM. As a general rule delivery times are as follows:

UK - Allow 1-3 working days for delivery.
Europe - Allow 4-7 working days for delivery.
Rest of the World - Allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

Tax Charges

All orders from the UK and European Union include 17.5% VAT. An invoice will be sent out with your order. Alternatively, if you would like us to email you an invoice in PDF format, we can also arrange this on request.

Downloads

Our digital download server is extremely powerful so when buying a download from us the only limit will be the speed of your own network connection. We can only accept Credit Card for immediate delivery of downloads. However, if you do pay for a download by Paypal then this is ok, but it will result in a delay in emailing your download links over. We will send you a receipt invoice for your download purchase. This will be in PDF format so you can print it out very easily.

Security

Returns Policy

You are entitled to return a hardware product within 7-days of receiving the goods providing you can send it back in the condition it was received including all of the original packaging and contents. However, due to the nature of sample libraries and music software we are unable to accept returns where these products have been removed from the original sealed packaging as we are unable to re-sell these products due to the manufacturer's licensing constraints. We put MP3 demos (and occasionally free samples) on our product pages so you can make an informed decision before purchasing a product. If you receive a genuinely faulty product then we will gladly replace it upon receipt of your returning the original product back to us. You must advise us of all faults within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please contact us for a returns reference before sending the item back to us.

Change of Mind Guarantee

We offer a 7-day change of mind guarantee where a product has not been removed from the original packaging. We offer this in case you make a mistake and order something in error. If this happens then we will gladly replace it or refund you providing the product arrives back here in perfect condition, and in the case of samples/music software, the product must be sealed. Please contact us for a returns reference before sending any item back to us.
