Placing an order could not be easier. Just browse our
store and add the products you want to your shopping basket. After you have
finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few
details that we need to be able to complete your

also accept Personal Cheque, Postal Order or Bank Transfer. If you are from outside of the United Kingdom, then please be
aware that your Credit Card company (or Paypal) will convert the total

HOW QUICKLY DO YOU DELIVER?
We offer extremely fast and reliable
worldwide shipping. All products are sent out in secure packaging and include
postal insurance to protect against postal loss. Most items are sent out within 1 working day if you order before 2PM. As a general rule delivery
times are as follows:
UK - Allow 1-3 working days for delivery.
Europe
- Allow 4-7 working days for delivery.
Rest of the World - Allow 7-10 working
days for delivery.

Yes you can as we accept internaitonal
payments and we deliver Worldwide! All of our prices will be converted

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCT?
Download links become
available on your receipts page which you will be forwarded to automatically
once your payment has gone through successfully. Our digital download server is
extremely powerful so when buying a download from us the only limit will be the
speed of your own network connection. We can only accept Credit Card for immediate
delivery of downloads. However, if you do pay for a download by Paypal, this
is not the end of the world as orders are downloaded every hour to ensure fast
delivery of both downloads and physical products.
I AM A PROFESSIONAL.
CAN I GET A VAT INVOICE?
Yes, all orders from the UK and European Union include 17.5%
VAT. An invoice will be sent out with your order. Alternatively, if you would
like us to email you an invoice in PDF format, we can also arrange this on
request.
CAN I RETURN SAMPLED MEDIA IF I DON'T LIKE IT?
We will happily
replace any defective product immediately at our own cost. However we cannot
accept returns on Sample CDs, Virtual Instruments, Sound FX or Reason Refills
for any other reason. If you are in any doubt as to the
suitability of the product you are ordering, please listen to the audio demo of the
product on this website BEFORE you order.
If you have a defective product please call +44(0)845 094 3077 for a returns
authorisation number. Packages without this will be
returned to the sender.
CAN I RETURN A HARDWARE PRODUCT?
Yes, you are entitled to return a hardware product within 7-days of
receiving the goods providing you can send it back in the condition it was
received including all of the original packaging and contents. You must advise us of
all faults within 7-days of receiving the goods. Please contact us for a returns authorisation
number before sending the item back to us.
WHAT OTHER GUARANTEES DO
YOU OFFER?
We
offer a 7-day change of mind guarantee where a product has not been removed from
the original packaging. We offer this in case of ordering error. If this happens then we will gladly replace it or refund you
providing the product arrives back here in perfect condition, and in the case of
samples/music software, the product must be sealed. Please contact us for a
returns authorisation number before sending any item back to us.
LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR
SAMPLE LIBRARIES, SOUND FX, REASON REFILLS & VIRTUAL INSTRUMENTS
- The
sound samples and software provided by us remain the property of the Licensor
and are licensed, not sold, to you for use on your software or hardware.
- A right to use the
enclosed sounds is granted to the original end-user of the product (Licensee)
and is NOT transferable.
- The Licensee may
modify the sounds AND MAY USE THE SOUNDS FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES WITHIN MUSICAL
COMPOSITIONS, subject to point 8 (see below).
- This License
expressly forbids the resale, re-licensing or other distribution of these sound
samples and software either as they exist on the disc or internet server or any
modification thereof. You cannot assign, lease, lend, rent, upload or download
to or from any database or server, or transfer any or all of the sound samples
to another user, or use them in any competitive product.
- The Licensor will
not be responsible if the sound samples or software do not fit the particular
purpose of the Licensee. The sound samples and software are licensed 'as is'
without warranties of any kind. Any similarity to any other recording is purely
unintentional and neither the Licensor nor Inspiration Sounds,
can be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising
from the use of any sound samples and software licensed from this site in
whatever form, or consequential loss arising from a delayed or lost
shipment.
- The Licensee
agrees to use the sound samples and software in compliance with the supported
interfaces and system requirements published for each product. The Licensor
shall not be responsible for, or guarantee the performance or compatibility of,
sound samples and software that are used in a format that they were not
programmed for.
- Use of the sound
samples and software in isolation such as, but not limited to, video game
soundtracks, gaming machines, toys (where they appear in isolation or as sound
effects) is not permitted without first obtaining a separate written License
(subject to availability) from the Licensor.
- Use of the sound
samples and software in 'library music' (also known as 'music libraries' or
'production music'), which is intended for commercial exploitation by
re-licensing to multiple third parties, is permitted without first obtaining a
separate License from the Licensor ONLY IF the sound samples and software are
used within a musical context and are not presented 'isolated' or 'solo-ed'. The
sound samples and software must be used 'in combination' within musical
compositions. For such usage, any rhythm loop samples must also be combined with
other types of samples and sounds to effectively form a new composition, as
opposed to simply being looped in isolation.
