Soundscan 59: Spanish & Gipsy Traditions Samples

Created by natural-born musicians, this Soundscan was recorded with excellent Gypsy performers, and delivers effortlessly the trademark sound and rhythms of the genre. Guitars, vocals, palmas and many other specific loops almost impossible to record in the USA or Japan, for lack of trained players. As usual with Soundscan, the looping is impeccable and the tempo are accurately indicated. Whether used for flamenco tracks or just to add a mysterious touch to a music to picture job, Spanish and Gypsy traditions delivers.

Soundscan Version 2

Soundscan Version 2 introduces programs in a lot of new sampler formats. The audio files are much improved: all files are compatible with the ACID-Enhanced .wav format, and all CDs featuring loops are supplied with .rx2 format (for Recycle 1 and 2 compatibility) in addition to .wav and AIFF files. Each product also now includes a great variety of programs mapping the samples for the major samplers: Akai programs (compatible with S5000, S6000, Z4, Z8 and MPC4000) plus software samplers: Emagic EXS24, Steinberg Halion, PropellerHeads Reason 2.0, and Mach 5.
